The house, completed in 1999, is built in a Swedish style. The guest wing includes four bedrooms; each has a full private bath and accommodates two people. Guest rooms adjoin a sitting area which opens onto the living and dining rooms, assuring guests both privacy and a connection with the main house.
The room rate is $105.00 + tax per night and includes accommodations for one or two people and a full breakfast. Every effort is made to accommodate special dietary needs.
Breakfast at Arvgården is an extension of the farm experience. Start with a cup of imported Swedish coffee and enjoy a daily menu reflective of the seasonal flow in the garden featuring:
Asparagus in May, spinach or Swiss chard frittata or strata later in summer.
Berries or other fruits in season.
One of several jams or jellies made in our kitchen from our own fruits and berries.
At any time of year, you can count on:
Free range eggs from our neighbor?s farm.
Bread, scones, muffins and cakes baked in our own kitchen.
Local Tioga Co. maple syrup as a perfect complement to pancakes or French toast.
Dishes flavored with herbs from our herb garden.
Swedish specialties such as Swedish omelet, Swedish pancakes, or baked items with a Swedish flavor and origin.

Arvgården is a smoke free facility. Pets are not welcome.
Garage storage is provided for motor cycles and bicycles at no extra charge.
Our kitchen is inspected by the PA Department of Agriculture and Hilma is certified in Food Safety.
Check-in is between 3:00 and 5:00 PM unless otherwise arranged. Check out is by 11:00 AM.
